Our journey started precisely in Portugal when Kristen moved with her family in 2014, unknowingly about to meet Karla, an expat since 2004. Bonded by parenthood and new beginnings, a simple introduction from Karla - "with a K" - sparked a friendship and a shared mission. Together, we began helping fellow expats navigate the challenges of settling in Portugal, eventually turning informal support into a dedicated service for new residents.
Having walked in your shoes, we know the importance of having someone who understands the local landscape, and also speaks the same language. The initial paperwork, finding the perfect home, navigating the local bureaucracy, and ensuring the well-being of our families – we've been through it all.
